How to prepare an oral presentation or poster

Oral presentations

Duration of short oral presentations is 15 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for the discussion. Projector for computer presentations will be provided to participants for their presentations. The talks should be prepared as PowerPoint presentations, and they have to be submitted to organizers, on CD, DVD, USB Flash Memory Drive or 3.5" floppy disks at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the session. Other modes of presentation need to be noted in advance.

Posters

The poster section will be organized in the Congress Hall lobby. The maximum size of the poster should be 100 cm (width) x 185 cm (height). Fixing material will be available. Posters will be continuously exposed during the conference, while authors should be available for discussion at the time indicated in the schedule.
